We are currently particularly interested in hearing from psychiatrists who are looking to practise differently — with the autonomy of private practice, alongside like-minded clinicians, within a highly considered environment designed around both exceptional care and clinician experience.

Founding clinician opportunities are available for selected Psychiatrists.

We also welcome expressions of interest from psychologists, mental health nurses and allied health professionals who feel aligned with the Vara approach.
