Psychiatrists: Founding clinician roles
Practise with the autonomy of private practice, alongside like-minded clinicians, in an environment designed around both patient care and clinician experience. We have founding clinician opportunities for a small number of psychiatrists.

Couples and relationship therapists
Demand for couples and relationship therapy is growing at Vara. We’d love to hear from experienced psychologists, counsellors and relationship therapists working in this area.

Other clinicians
We also welcome expressions of interest from psychologists, mental health nurses and allied health professionals who feel aligned with the Vara values of connection, compassion, clinical excellence, collaboration and thoughtful care.

How it works
Telehealth is available now, and our Richmond rooms open in early 2027. We use a revenue-share model, so there’s no room rent.
